Overview
This model is a fixed‐type pump designed to perform automatic dosing by detecting pH and ORP values without requiring a separate analyzer. Specifically, it measures pH in the 0–14 range with 0.01 pH resolution and ±1999 mV accuracy. In addition, it employs PT100 or PT1000 temperature sensors to enable automatic temperature compensation from 0–100 °C. As a result, it delivers stable performance across a 0–50 °C operating range. Moreover, its IP 65 rating provides long‐lasting resistance to dust and splash water. Furthermore, Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity makes it easy to monitor, adjust parameters, and log data remotely via mobile devices. It operates at up to 2.8 L/min flow and 3 bar pressure, but with the right hose hookup, flow can increase up to 5.1 L/min. It consumes only 10 W of power.
Applications
In industrial water and wastewater treatment plants, it facilitates pH/ORP‐controlled chemical dosing; in chemical and pharmaceutical sectors, it maintains pH balance in reaction vessels; and in food & beverage lines, it supports hygienic water management. Additionally, in hydroponic (soil‐free) greenhouses, it monitors nutrient solution pH/ORP. In pool and spa systems, it automatically adjusts dosing to preserve water quality, thereby reducing corrosion and microbial risks. In short, this single device delivers reliable results in both field and laboratory environments.
